Product Introduction:
1. The direct-coupled electric motor actuator must be installed on ISO 5211 high-platform valves or butterfly valves.
2. The UM/R series electric motor actuator is a low-power consumption, high-torque electric motor actuator.
3. All housing seams are equipped with waterproof seals, certified IP67, and can be installed in various outdoor environments.
4. Smooth opening speed effectively prevents water hammer, extending the lifespan of pipeline components.
5. The UM/R series electric motor actuator allows valve position inspection via the top window or side, or through indicator lights on the wiring control box.
Housing Features:
1. Waterproof rating: IP67
2. Housing made of materials such as "NYLON" with high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and impact resistance.
3. Aluminum alloy housing is also available as an option.
Precautions:
1. When performing manual operation or maintenance, turn off the power first to avoid component damage and hazards. When manually operating, it is recommended to use a wrench (8mm opening) no longer than 10 cm. Turn gently; if resistance is encountered, check if the valve body is locked. Do not use excessive force to avoid damaging internal components.
*Note: Do not use other tools to turn the handwheel, as this may damage the electric motor actuator and valve.
2. After completing wiring, check if the waterproof device (O-ring) is detached, then tighten the housing and secure the cable gland screws to prevent dust or water ingress. (Recommended wire diameter: 6Φ or larger)
3. If two or more electric valves need to open or close synchronously, install relays—one per valve. Do not use series or parallel connections.
4. During manual operation, ensure the window pointer does not exceed the scale range to avoid damaging internal components. (For proportional types: variable resistor (VR) damage)
